Affinity Groups — Affinity Groups are initiated and driven by employees and focus on adding value to the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies in concert with advancement of their group’s purpose within our companies and in the external community. Each group provides an open forum for idea exchange and action, as well as an opportunity to strengthen the linkage to and within our diverse communities.

Within the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies in Canada, the following Affinity Groups are active and show the diverse interests of our employees:

Diversity University — Open communication and education are the cornerstones of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies Diversity University is an online gateway to a wide range of diversity-related resources. Across all of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies, employees can access cultural awareness training tools and find country-specific information. Diversity University also provides e-learning courses on subjects such as mentoring, international assignments, leadership and diversity- and inclusion-based development programs.
