New graduates are an important source of strong and diverse future leaders at Johnson & Johnson Inc.
We offer the following programs to support new graduates who want to become Johnson & Johnson Inc. employees:
New Graduate Program — Under this program, students are hired after graduation to work in a full-time capacity. Over the one-year period of this program, they are placed on a robust development plan to give them both functional and business skills. Their manager assumes a mentoring role to guide their success.
Leadership Development Program (LDP) — This 24-month program provides accelerated development for an individual to build their management skills. It is a formalized rotational program, which can include assignments globally, within Canada or North America, or across operating companies. This program has been designed to accelerate the development of a select group of university candidates who have been hired full-time within a function, for example, Finance, IT or Marketing.
Under both programs, we ensure employees receive formal feedback, typically every six months. However, as is the norm at Johnson & Johnson Inc., ongoing informal feedback is provided by multiple sources, including direct managers, senior managers, Human Resources among others.
